hi there can someone tell me what npc in post ascalon unlocks the missions to get to lion head i am lvl 11 now and i wanted to progress further in game ><

If I get it right, you are in Ascalon City and not yet did Northern Wall mission?

if that is the case speak tydus in ascalon city and head up to big stairs and then head right, there you will get to Mission area where you can make a team and start a mainline mission

Here's a list of how to get from Ascalon City and beyond:

Ascalon City -> Northern Wall -> Fort Ranik -> Frontier Gate -> travel to Surmia -> Nolani Academy -> Yak's Bend -> travel to Borlis Pass -> Frost Gate -> Beacon's Perch -> travel to Gates of Kryta -> Lion's Arch -> travel to D'Alessio Seaboard -> Divinity Coast -> Druid's Overlook -> travel to The Wilds -> Bloodstone Fen -> Quarrel Falls -> travel to Aurora Glade -> Henge of Denravi -> Riverside Province -> Sanctum Cay -> Temple of Ages
